Prayer
is the life line to a Spirit filled ministry. East Mesa Baptist
Church members are serious about prayer. Not only do we pray as
a corporate body of believers during the Wednesday evening
Prayer and Bible Study Service, but we have about a dozen men
who assemble periodically in the two counseling rooms in the
front of the Main auditorium 15 minutes before each service.
There, they lift up the pastors, the preaching, the music, other
members, the ill and needy to the Lord for grace, strength, and
power. We believe that the Lord has blessed EMBC because
faithful men are steadfast and unmovable in this ministry of
offering up effectual and fervent prayer to the One, Who has the
Power to bless!
